Sample Spotlight: Clearwater Herringbone

Welcome back to Sample Spotlight brought to you by Textures Flooring! This is a recurring blog that spotlights our favorite hardwood samples of the moment. Each custom hardwood sample is expertly paired with a textile sample to accent the floor beneath.

This week’s hardwood sample is an incredibly classic color with a timeless pattern called Clearwater Herringbone. We paired this particular classic wood sample with a woven wool sample.

Clearwater Herringbone is an incredibly quintessential & beloved hardwood sample, curated from our Floridian Collection. It is an engineered floor that has a water based urethane finish, which helps maintain the natural look & feel of the wood. Each edge of the 4″ wide floor has a small bevel, which helps add a little charm to the natural features of the floor. Lastly the wood is wire brushed to give the floor a little extra texture & helps shine a light on the gorgeous variation of the wood!

Woven wool is a masterpiece of the textile community & there is no doubt why. It is flawless, timeless & pairs with nearly every floor that it sits on! This particular fine long staple wool is produced with natural wool & latex in order to enhance the feel to the human touch. The woven gray sample adds amazing texture to any floor, while staying monochromatic. Adding this sample to our Clearwater Herringbone takes a classic floor & gives it a bit of a mid-century modern feel!
