The Coolest Carpet- Patterns

Carpet is truly a wonderful product that has so much to offer in the way of design and feel. When many people think of carpet they picture the old “builder beige” or “basement berber” looks, but they forget that the orgins of carpet are all about color and feel. I get excited about great looking flooring because it can be such an important part of overall design in a home. It is truly the foundation, and for some spaces that foundation needs to make a statement. Wouldnt these look great in a bonus room or Media Room?

What you want to think about with patterns is how does this work with the theme in the room. For instance, can I contrast a solid wall color with a patterned floor to create a special feel? Will this work with other upholstory?

Maybe tone on tone works best for you? Great Movement and interesting.

Patterns have become my most popular style. My customers use it in every room in their home  including bedrooms, media rooms and living areas.

Subtle but makes an impression. Perfect for bedrooms.

Remember that a pattern will hide traffic and wear better than a traditional plush. A patterned carpet will also make a space appear larger than it is and draw the eye with the length of the pattern.

Clean look-- would be great for a boys room

Great color can make or break any room. I think tone on tone works great for bedrooms and patterns with color work great for rec areas. A media room or bonus room should be fun, right?

Timeless beauty, and so versatile.
